Henri-Lloyd is a UK heritage brand renowned for producing world-class waterproof clothing for Yachting & Boating and International Sportswear markets with ambitious growth plans. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service to join us on the journey. Purpose of role: Working with the Customer Operation Manager and the Sales Team you would deliver world-class service through all aspects of the buying journey – from enquiry to after-sales care. You will: Have a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in a wholesale b2b customer service role ideally including operation of an automated customer portal management. Have an empathetic personality with a friendly attitude with a desire to deliver World Class Customer Care. Enjoy problem-solving. Be a team player, who is it resilient and pragmatic with an eye for detail. Be happy working in a start-up company that is beginning to scale and where everyone is hands-on and multi-skilled. Be passionate about learning systems and wanting to make things better. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferable but not essential, however good Excel skills are essential. Have excellent oral and written communication skills and enjoy speaking with customers. Ideally have experience in international shipping.   Job Role will cover: Maintaining Customer Records. Order Book Management. Invoicing. Delivery logistics. Ability to give clear instructions to customers to resolve issues. Inbound and outbound calls and communication.
