More hardware for the money
This is the first brewing system in Grainfather's new S series - products with more focus on hardware than on digital functions. The vessel is made of stainless steel and the system has both a built-in pump and double heating elements.

In Grainfather S40 you can mash, lauter and boil in the same vessel. The wort is circulated and heated according to the RIMS method, following your programmed mash schedule. You control the brewing system using the control panel which is placed high for easy access.

It is easy to step mash in the Brewzilla. You simply enter the desired times and temperatures using the display (up to 6 mash steps). It is also possible to choose a delayed start, to have pre-heated brewing water at the start of the actual brewing session.
