Security updates

In order to ensure the highest possible quality and security of our platform, we’ve decided to standardize our maintenance processes. From now on, the first Wednesday of the month, a maintenance window that potentially could cause Centra and API disruptions may be scheduled. During this window we will conduct all the work related to the underlying Centra infrastructure, including but not limited to operation systems and software updates that may require either a system or services restart. On the Friday prior to an event like that we will share the announcement in the AMS with the date and timeframe as an additional reminder. It’s important to notice that in the given timeframe the downtime for a single customer should be fairly short – in most cases not even noticeable. The range is given only to indicate that potential disruptions may happen during this time.
Our first scheduled maintenance, mostly focused on important security patches, was successfully conducted on the 10th of February. During the next window we will update our ElasticSearch clusters to the newer version.
