Black Friday is only a month away and we are gearing up for another record-breaking year of sales.
To ensure your stores run smoothly on the big day, our team of software engineers is currently putting a lot of effort into making sure Centra is running at peak performance. This, in turn, could affect our turn-around-time on resolving some non-critical support tickets. Just know that we are working as fast as we can to solve all your support tickets in a timely fashion.Â
In the meantime, we have prepared a step-by-step checklist of tasks that you need to tick off to make sure you are Black Friday ready:

- Notify our Customer Success team about your campaign plans ASAP.
- Follow the steps in this guide to get your campaign up and running.
- Test your campaign in the demo environment well ahead of time.
Are you planning to give early access to your VIP customers? If so, please read this guide to create a campaign site. We also suggest that you check-in with your front-end partner regarding your VIP campaign to be sure it's set up for success.
