This brand new Open Science online course will help researchers to share their science with the world! Easily digestible modules will explore different aspects of Open Science and allow researchers to gain a certificate in Open Science. The MOOC will start on 21 October.

ORION Novel co-creation initiative
|

Don't miss the deadline to submit your proposal for a novel co-creation initiative to open up research in life sciences and biomedicine. This new funding call will provide funding of up to 100,000€ for a project that brings together a variety of participants from across a range of sectors to co-create a new project or product based around life sciences research. Be as imaginative and creative as possible. The deadline for application is 30 September.

Involving patients in game design
|

The Genigma citizen science project has iniated a collaboration with ORION partner Fondazione ANT in order to involve patients, family members and healthcare professionals in the design phase of the app. The aim is to adapt the game and related scientific information to their interests and needs. A prototype of the game will be showcased in October.

The EU-funded ORION Open Science project aims to explore ways in which research performing and research funding organisations in life sciences and biomedicine can open up the way they fund, organise and do research. We will embed Open Science principles in the research process and involve citizens, policy makers and researchers in co-creation experiments, public dialogues, training and citizen science.
